While we do not have direct control over or responsibility for the content of advertisements displayed within games, we recognise our role in fostering ethical advertising standards and promoting transparency in our partnerships.

Fundamental Principles
Rejection of Advertisements
We reserve the right to reject or refuse any advertisement, and to suspend or withhold any services or any campaign where we deem, among others, that continuation of the Services or the campaign might prejudice our interests, business, or reputation or where we deem the Advertisement to be in violation with all our applicable policies or any applicable law, rules, regulations, and codes.
While we explicitly prohibit the advertisements that may contain the following material, we note that our partners and customers are responsible for uploading advertisements that comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and we do not in any way assume liability and responsibility for the compliance of advertisements with applicable laws, regulations, rules, standards, and codes of conducts.
The prohibited advertising content includes: enhancing drugs, drugs, and drug paraphernalia, animal parts, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping, competing websites, dangerous and/or illegal gases and substances, medication only available by prescription, firearms, weapons, steel arms, and ammunition, historical artifacts or protected heritage goods, propaganda or political advertising, stolen objects, terrorist content, threatened, or protected wildlife, plants, and insects, threatening, discriminating, violent or offensive behaviour, pornography, fortune-telling, magical services, supplies and goods, personal hygiene devices, online and offline money loans, company liquidation and credit services, MLM, pyramid and referral schemes.
Certain categories of advertisement may be subject to specific restrictions (such as age restrictions).
Compliance with applicable law
Our partners and customers commit to complying with all relevant laws, regulations rules, industry standards and codes of conduct that govern advertising and marketing, including but not limited to advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws, standards, and regulations.
Transparency and Disclosure
Our partners and customers commit to ensuring that Advertisements placed within Games are clearly labeled or identified as such, as required by applicable law, distinguishing them from organic content within the gaming environment.
Protection of children
We work to ensure that any advertising provided by our partners and clients is suitable for all audiences, and especially seeks to protect children. Our partners and customers commit not to target minors or expose minors to inappropriate advertising content. Advertisements targeting minors must adhere to strict guidelines, avoiding content promoting alcohol, gambling, or other age-restricted products or services.
Integrity and Authenticity
We and our partners and customers commit to upholding the integrity of Platform and the advertisements displayed within Games. Our partners and customers must ensure that advertisements are authentic and non-infringing to the intellectual property rights of any other person, that they are accurate, and free from misleading claims or deceptive practices. Any advertising content must respect human rights, and in particular it must not incite violence, discrimination in any form, or encourage conduct that violates human dignity. We reject any advertising campaign that undermines human rights, and especially those that may threaten the dignity of women, children or any vulnerable minority group that requires special protection.
We have prepared an Applicable Use Policy that governs any material that may be uploaded to our Platform, and any person using our Website, Services, and Platform must adhere to the terms of this Policy.
Oversight
We conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure our partners and customers comply with our responsible ad policy and take appropriate actions against any violations. While we are not responsible for the content of the Advertisements, we do our best to identify and remove or reject any non-compliant Advertisement.
Brand Safety

Our checks include manual review processes where necessary as well as other measures to identify the individuals behind the brands, agencies, and studios. We review the advertising content, the advertisement placement, and implement age restrictions on our Platform to ensure that agencies and brands match with appropriate games.
We also reserve the right to suspend or withhold Services or suspend or pause any advertising campaign, if we deem that continuation of Services or the campaign might prejudice us, our interests, business, or reputation, or the Games. We also reserve the right to reject or refuse any advertising content.
We prohibit specific advertising content and require that all advertising content complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations, industry standards and codes. We have also implemented an applicable use policy for the content uploaded by our partners on the Platform.
Prohibition of Harmful Content
We prohibit the display of advertisements promoting or depicting content that may be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for the intended audience.
